Nowruz
Nowruz marks the beginning of the Persian calendar year. It’s a time for renewal, family gatherings, and setting a “Haft-Seen” table symbolising hopes for the year ahead.
Yalda
The longest night of the year, Yalda is celebrated on the winter solstice with poetry, storytelling, and feasting on pomegranates and watermelon, symbolising light and vitality.
Mehregan
This festival honors Mehr (Mithra), the goddess of friendship and love. It’s a time for giving thanks, enjoying nature’s bounty, and celebrating with food and music.
Spring Picnic
Celebrated with family gatherings, this festival marks the beginning of spring in September (in the Southern Hemisphere), as families come together to enjoy nature, share meals, and celebrate renewal and togetherness.
EOY Celebration
This festive event marks the end of the education year, bringing families together to celebrate students’ achievements. Classes showcase their outcomes through performances or displays, and students are recognised with awards and certificates for their hard work and accomplishments.
